OysterLux founder Pete Hilcke fused his dedication as a specialist in seafood with his focus on the art of service. Experience oysters as they are presented to you with expert knowledge during the new timeslot from 6 to 9pm every Saturday.
Prepared and cooked in deliciously fascinating ways and paired with select wines. Once they pop open they are smothered with a zesty garlic butter sauce, rockefeller, or the famous oyster mornay.
Hand-delivering delicacies is an art form – it creates an intimate and elevated dining experience. Each OysterLux team member is well equipped with knowledge on the history of each appetizer and characteristics of the raw bar offering, all sourced from world-class suppliers.
OysterLux is also available for functions between 12 and 6pm. They deliver a roaming culinary experience punctuated by warmth, sophistication and charm.
